There is disabled access to reception via a ramp, there is also a hearing loop. Access to the Sedgemoor Room is through the reception. A toilet is available for customer use.
There are three specific enquiry desks situated in reception, one for Council Tax and business rates, one for housing advice and homelessness and one for housing benefit. Appointments are not always necessary and interview rooms are available for private discussions if required.
The Council Tax and business rates enquiry desk can help you with reporting a change such as moving house, find out if you are eligible for a Council Tax discount or discuss a problem such as having trouble paying a bill.
The housing advice and homelessness enquiry desk can offer advice on housing and how to join the housing register.
The housing benefits enquiry desk can help you with reporting a change in your circumstances and obtaining an application form for housing benefit.
